WEMTRACO Nigeria Limited has on a continuous basis invested on the training of its employees for her sustenance and growth. Both local and international resources available are considered for this achievement. We also have teams of competent Engineers, Technicians and consultants who are professional in their various fields. We also deploy induction and on the Job training (OJT) for our new recruits

WEMTRACO Nigeria Limited has established benefits for its staff such as Medical care, Transport Allowance, long service Award and Retirement benefits. Presently, our permanent staffs are registered with Premium Pension Limited making provisions for them during retirement and old age.
